Who are Morehaus?
Who are Morehaus?
Morehaus is a construction and design company founded by Richard Rapps and Tom Rapps of Rappsco Builders, together with Richard Marsh. We bring together decades of experience in building and craftsmanship, paired with a commitment to transforming how people use their homes. We specialise in modular design and construction for home extensions - part of the build is done off-site in our factory, which means we can deliver faster, with more precision, and less disruption on site. Our designs are customisable. Whether you need space for family time, a home office, or simply more room to breathe, we guide you through layout, finishes, and features. We focus on quality, transparency, and value. Every project is treated as unique. We don’t believe in “one size fits all.”
Why did we start Morehaus?
For 15 years, Richard and Tom Rapps’ Exeter-based building company has helped businesses and families create cost-effective extensions for work and living. Over the years, Richard & Tom heard many stories from growing families, home-workers, or people wanting better flow in their homes. Space was often the problem, but the process to get more space was too complicated, too slow, or too expensive. Morehaus was born to solve that gap.
